The nose sensations with perfumed violet and vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, soft, sturdy. The aftertaste highlights the flavor of vanilla and ripe fruit. The finish is persistent, complex and harmonious.
Combinations recommended: Polenta, Crostini with truffle, Stewed and braised meats, mixed Boiled meat, Roasts, Fondue with truffles, goat cheeses, blue cheeses, Parmesan,
