Why I suggest Dolcetto d'Alba D. O. C. Rossana 2016 Organic

Rossana is primarily the territory of piedmont for excellence in the production of the Dolcetto d'Alba. Wine produced for consumption can be easily matched with the local cuisine, and not only. Excellent production capable of enhancing the organoleptic characteristics of this grape, from the bouquet that remains pure and pleasantly vinous, the exuberance of the tannins very subdued.

The Sommelier: Dolcetto d'Alba 100% pure, ruby red colour with purple reflections, typical of dolcetto, the wine clear from 12,50% Vol. in alcohol. The aroma is fruity with pronounced hints of cherry. The taste is dry, good body, sapid and velvety, with slight almondy aftertaste.

Combinations recommended: Risotto with truffles, tagliatelle al ragù, Agnolotti, Polenta, mixed Boiled meats, soft cheeses, blue cheeses, Parmesan.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 14-16°C in the chalice Ballon.
