Why I suggest Nacchero Toscana IGT
The Ciliegiolo of central Tuscany has the characteristic aroma that recalls the cherry, able to give support to the Sangiovese, adding alcohol and softness, and a fresh aroma of corns. Very ductile fresh and fragrant wine.
The Sommelier: Ciliegiolo wine, red color tending to ruby. On the nose aromas of red fruit, especially the bigarreau cherry. The sensation of heat invades the whole mouth, excellent its softness and little presence of tannins. Accompanied by a good alcohol content, 13% Vol, it lasts long in the final.
Recommended pairings: Accompany every meal: vegetable dishes, orecchiette, legumes with cavatelli (fresh pasta, hand-made). Braised meats, aged cheeses, Parma ham, Norcia's delicatessen.
Uncork and serve at 12 - 14 ° C. in Renano glasses.
