Why I suggest Ronchedone Vino Rosso 2017
Very delicate and harmonious, the correspondence between smell and taste is also excellent; what to say, a lugana like this makes you dream. Accompanied with baked sea bass; an advice cooked as simply as possible combined with this wine, try it to believe it. I also see this combination well: raw cuttlefish in the Bari area or barbecued cuttlefish if you prefer.
The Sommelier: An excellent Lombard red based on Sangiovese, Marzemino and Cabernet. It has an intense ruby red color, with fruity aromas, ripe berries, blueberry jam, cherry in alcohol, balsamic and spicy hints. Velvety palate with good freshness, slightly tannic, not bitter and with non-annoying alcohol despite 15 degrees.
