Why I suggest Roscetto Metodo Classico Brut
Brut Rosceto Classic Method sparkling wine by the Cotarella Enologist. Partially aged in wood with 36 months on the lees, it is drunk well, in the mouth it is bitter note is damped by the generous sugar residue. Level of acidity that combine well with a classic selection of appetizers.

Roscetto 100%, is a spumante 'autumnal'. 36 months on the lees and not feel them, it shows a pale straw color, with a sufficient perlage.
