Historic Barbaresco winery, located in the Neive area. This wine is produced from the vineyard located further south in Neive and in 1893 their first Barbaresco came from this plot. A great Barbaresco in splendid shape, certainly the vintage helps it a lot. Refines for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

Characteristics of Paitin Sorì Serraboella wine

Majestic Barbaresco of unprecedented grace and power. A little decanter wakes him up and it's a riot of plum, violet and dog rose, blueberry and light balsamic notes. Flavor and freshness make it an extraordinary wine. Sumptuous wine, to be left in the cellar to try again when it has aged.

Sorì Serraboella accompanied by pheasant with porcini mushrooms; it ended by perfectly accompanying duck foie gras with Nas-cetta passito and sublime sweetbreads, porcini mushrooms, crunchy bread and sautéed sauce.

Uncork and decant two hours before serving Sorì Serraboella at a temperature of 18 - 20°C in a large Ballon glass.
