Surprising sparkling wine contains hints of red fruit from the undergrowth.
Characteristic of the wine:
Lintrigo Rosé Extra DryAriola Matodo Charmat produced from Chardonnay, Spergola and Lambrusco grapes, a pink colored sparkling wine with purplish reflections with a fine perlage, ready to drink. Light, low in alcohol 11.00% vol, evanescent foam. On the nose an intense fragrant fruity aroma, on the palate a fresh, harmonious flavour.
Recommended pairings:
Lintrigo Rosé Extra Dry Ariola dish that is preferred to combine with this wine, according to food and wine tasting experiences, excellent for an aperitif, with shellfish, with raw scampi; Ideal with vegetarian or vegan dishes such as julienne zucchini, salads with fennel, imaginative fruit and vegetable salads. Recommended on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and crepes, tortelli with herbs or with flowers, baked asparagus omelette.
Uncork the Lintrigo Rosé Extra Dry Ariola sparkling wine and serve sparingly at a temperature of 4 - 8°C in a Tulipano glass.
