The Sommelier: Produced from grapes Wildbacher in the purity of the red color that is intense and concentrated with a garnet edge. Wine of great personality, good texture, alcohol content 14,00 %vol., and 130 g/l residual sugar. The nose is broad and enveloping, with hints of fruits of the forest, such as blackcurrant and blueberry, and balsamic notes of herbs and thyme. Ssteam sweet elegant and vigorous, with tannins in balance with the freshness given by the acidity.
Food pairings: Excellent on the dry pastry, alone, or accompanied with cheeses. Nailed the pairing with the dark chocolate.
Uncork immediately before serving and serve at a temperature 12 °C. in the chalice Tulip small.
The cellar: The Veneto, the wine region with the highest vocation and the historical. The prestigious Marca Trevigiana, a land of great traditions, the humanities, technical and scientific...details
