Why I suggest Verso Soave Superiore Classico DOCG Veneto
Garganega is the main vine used, for fresh and delicate wines, of the designation of origin of Soave, Veneto. The complexity makes it elegant, fresh and young capable of adapting easily to a thousand tastes.
Sommelier:
Variety of grapes Garganega, Trebbiano and Manzoni white, berries with golden peels and juicy pulp. The smell has a great wealth of aromatic compounds, floral aromas of peach flowers, apricot and apple fruits, as well as almonds. On the palate, the wine is delicate and fruity, medium bodied, discrete alcohol content of 13.00% vol, balanced acidity and velvety enough.
Recommended pairings:
A wine with Garganega is excellent with an aperitif based on crustaceans, crudités, mussel risotto with garlic and parsley, or for a generous portion of fried zucchini, or pan-fried zucchini flowers. Perfect on risotto with asparagus, tortelli with herbs, loves seasoned cured ham and cheeses. Combined with vegetarian and vegan dishes: fennel salads, fruit and vegetable salads.
Uncork and serve at the ideal temperature of 10 - 11 ° C. in tulipano glass.
