Why I suggest Vigna Melera Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
The "Cru" of Bricco Boschis includes part of the vineyards of Dolcetto d'Alba (Vigna Melera) quite old vines over 50 years old. This excellent production we like a lot for the freshness that is usually asked to the Piedmontese Dolcetto delle langhe. It has won our attention because it is the result of a traditional winemaking. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, continues its permanence until bottling, and slowly processes aromas and freshness. It's not a trivial thing, do not you think!
The Sommelier: Dolcetto d'Alba Vigna Melera, the purity of the wine colors the glass of red. The intensity of the perfume reconciles with the freshness, in the mouth a pleasant moderately sour taste and a succession of scents. Wide to the touch, balanced is the tannin, soft wine, leaves a pleasant finish.
Recommended pairings: Vegetables, beef, omelettes, cheeses: primosale, parmesan and exquisite cold cuts: Parma ham, soppressata dolce calabra.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C in the Burgundy glass.
Cellar: An important wine area in the world as aristocratic for the succession of high-sounding names in historical times. Piedmont holds geographic areas and names closely linked to native vines ... Go to the sheet.
