The organoleptic characteristics of this Catarratto are the excellent acidity and freshness, good body, 13.5% vol., and floral scents.
The Sommelier in The wine Catarratto shows in the glass a straw-yellow colour with light green reflections, bright and great transparency. The scent of fruit, delicate white peaches with a background of floral notes of jasmine and memories of flower-filled meadows, in the background, gently citrus. The flavor of the Catarratto is savory, immediately cool, supported by a firm acidity. Balanced and quite persistent, with the closure mineral.
Pairings featured: delicate Dishes such as seafood appetizers, first dishes of fish, shellfish, fish in general, but also with delicate white meats.
