Why I suggest Barolo DOCG Bricat 2020
Strength, balance, personality and evolution. We are in Monforte d'Alba for this Barolo di Nebbiolo macerated for 30/40 days and aged for 30 months in large barrels and barrels of at least 500 liters. A wine of great interest, this Barolo Bricat by Giovanni Manzone is truly in a state of grace. To be fully enjoyed.
Sommelier:
This was a fantastic bottle, it has vanilla that prevails on the nose. Perfect balance and must be left open for 1/2 hours. Very fine sober wine with notes of oak and tobacco on the palate. Excellent work in aging, clean and always fresh.
Suggested pairings:
Barolo DOCG Bricat 2020 Manzone Beef tagliata, grilled polenta; Tiella potatoes and mushrooms. Horse meat chops; Fresh pasta and fresh tomato ragout, Sardinian pecorino cheese, celery and black olives.
Uncork Barolo DOCG Bricat 2020 Manzone and decant before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, in a large Ballon glass.
