Characteristics of Grosjean Gamay wine
From the vineyards of Quart and San Christophe, Gamay DOC a vine native to Burgundy where it is used for the production of Beaujolais Nouveau. Complex and floral bouquet with intense fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry, spicy and vegetal notes. In the mouth, fresh and delicately soft, light-bodied with fine and elegant well-balanced tannins. Drank on a grilled sandwich with fontina cheese and Quart sausages
