Characteristics of Grosjean Cornalin Vigneti Rovettaz wine
Cornalin, an indigenous Aosta Valley vine, here gives life to just 250 bottles, created to celebrate the company's 50th harvest. Fermentation in barrique, rests in barrel for 4 years and 6 in bottle. Incredibly fresh perfume with notes of cyclamen, dried leaves, currants and raspberries, a delicate herbaceous note, mineral hints and clove. But the biggest surprise is the enormous freshness found on the palate accompanied by tasty flavor; gentle tannin and slim body, the sip is well accompanied.
