Garganega is the main vine used, for fresh and delicate wines, of the designation of origin of Soave, Veneto. The complexity makes it elegant, fresh and young capable of adapting easily to a thousand tastes.

Sommelier:

Variety of Trebbiano and Manzoni white grapes, the wine has a golden color. The great wealth of aromatic compounds gives us aromas of cedar, mango and banana. On the palate the wine is powerful and warm, with a delicate and fruity touch, an alcohol content of 14.00% vol, and visibly consistent; with balanced acidity it appears harmonious and fresh, and very persistent.

Suggested pairings:

Perfect on risottos: with asparagus; tortelli with herbs, seasoned cured ham and cheeses. Excellent if combined with white meat dishes.
