Why I suggest il Prosecco Millesimato Superiore DOCG Brut Conegliano Valdobbiadene
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene sparkling wine whose historicity is synonymous with guarantee. The territory of the Dolomites yields to the grapes of Glera the majestic freshness and finesse, resulting in an impressive refinement and identity. A dynamic, cheerful wine with a subtle perlage with an almost crunchy taste and just acidity.
The Sommelier: A vintage prosecco, obtained from Glera del Conegliano and Valdobbiadene grapes, in the D.O.C. area of Prosecco.
Harmonious and subtle perlage wine, fermented in an autoclave. The pale straw-yellow color releases its ample and fruity scent with hints of green apple and slight floral nuances of lily of the valley and acacia; of good alcohol 11.00% vol. and residual sugars.
With a dry, mineral flavor and good complexity and persistence.
Recommended pairings: Full-bodied wine, very appreciated for happy hour aperitifs.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a Flûte glass.
Cellar: ... Marzemino and Prosecco; in the Piave valley, in the Le Ronche and Pra 'Longo estates in Monastier di Treviso, the Raboso Piave for the production of the Malanotte ... Go to the datasheet
