A dry white typical of its production area, Fossalta del Piave, Le Ronche farm. The characteristic of Olmèra is immediately recognized, dictated by the body of the Tocai.
The Sommelier: De Stefani has produced Olmèra, the blend of two grapes that have followed two different production processes.
