Why I suggest Vitalys Chardonnay

The finesse and aromatic intensity of this wine conveys joy of life through the sensations of its tasting. An excellent wine to be used for long-term storage in bottles, and to reach the peak of maturation after 5 years.

The Sommelier: From Chardonnay grapes a bright still wine with a straw yellow color. The consistency in the glass confirms an alcohol content which on average is between 12.50 - 14% vol. The nose has the fruity scent of green apple, almond, in the mouth the palate perceives it with a taste of immediate freshness and body.

Recommended pairings: Excellent with crustaceans, raw scampi; seasoned cured ham with mountain cheese. Ideal with vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as julienne zucchini, salads with fennel; imaginative salads that combine fruit and vegetables. With asparagus or artichoke risotto, herb tortelli, oven-baked asparagus frittata.

Recommended serving temperature 9-10°C, in Tulipano glass.
