The Sommelier: at The sight the wine has a ruby red color, intense, consistent, deep ruby red colour, with violet reflections. Intense, hints of forest fruits, violet and dark chocolate with a slight spicy note. The palate is dry, right tannic and sapid. Soft and velvety, with flavors that were very persistent.
Food pairings: Excellent on chicken livers and veal sweetbreads, pork Loin in the oven, and polenta, Spaghetti with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, Rabbit cacciatore, seasoned mountain cheeses.
