Why I suggest Pinot Nero Vigneti della Dolomiti
The peculiarities of the Pinot noir are a natural symphony of elegance.
The Sommelier: the Wine from the native grapes Pinot neroruby red colour with garnet reflections. Vino, consistent with an alcoholic content 13,00 %vol.
Bouquet is enveloping, balsamic, of a fineness of bravado and sumptuous that few other wines can boast. Lavender, ginger, pink pepper, jasmine and mint. Pleasant smell of herbs, complex and delicate, with cherry, currant, citrus, pomegranate and blueberries; earthy notes, and then leaves, coffee and truffle. Taste dry, elegant, good freshness, alcohol moderate and silky tannins, excellent the final.
Food pairings: pumpkin Ravioli, risotto with pumpkin; Roast white meat, spicy chicken, guinea fowl, truffles, and slices of speck, cheese and pickles; bacon dumplings, fillet of venison with blueberries, goulash tyrolean with polenta; great withlamb, thyme and odorthe; Tataki of tuna and tuna-fatty fish, fillet of tuna pan seared with sesame and soy sauce.
Uncork decant and serve at a temperature of 16 - 18 °C. in the cup Ballon.
Cellar: de Tarczal began its development in the golden years of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, when on the tables of the Court, the Marzemino was de rigueur... Go to the card
