Why I suggest La Casa in Collina Barbaresco DOCG
Aristocratic wine, expression of the territory in which it was produced.
The Sommelier: the Vine and grapes of the Nebbiolo 100%, good alcohol content: 13,50% Vol.
Ruby red color with garnet reflections, the wine is limpid and consistent.
Excellent floral scent of violet and withered rose, and fruits such as strawberries and currants. The palate is dry, warm, good structure and good overall balance, the finish is persistent and harmonious.
Food pairings: Polenta, Crostini with truffles, Stews, Roasts, Fondue with truffles, formaggi goat cheeses, blue cheeses, Parmesan.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 14-16°C in the chalice Ballon.
Cellar: A large family well-organised, produces products which are unique and interesting. This is what happens to Lives Cultured, the art of cultivating the vine. The knowledge and the dialogue between different generations of farmers, together with the experience, the tradition, the passion typically the piedmont... go to the card.
